We work on the IMCU in a big hospital. Our patients are very sick due to sepsis, strokes, respiratory problems, blood clots, renal failure, and many other conditions.
However, if it's a decent night, we find time to laugh. I feel like I work with knowledgable, friendly staff and a united team (and they have been so supportive as I learn to be a charge nurse!)
They are some of my closest friends!
